Our first floor is OPEN: Welcome Patch
Bobby’s is excited to announce the opening of the first floor of its iconic multi-use building, now home to a dynamic new workplace hub in partnership with social-impact startup, Patch.
This collaboration brings a fresh, community-driven “neighbourhood workspace” to the heart of Bournemouth, offering entrepreneurs, creative's, and community builders a space to thrive and connect, adding to Bobby’s portfolio of multi-use businesses with the building.
Patch, a start up dedicated to reigniting high streets, will occupy 14,000 square feet of the newly redesigned first floor. The space is designed to foster collaboration and innovation, offering private offices, co-working spaces, and event areas, with plenty of amenities.Once fully occupied, the hub will be home to 20 businesses, as well as approximately 500 co-working members, creating a vibrant community focused on "working near home."
Patch offers a diverse selection of modern, flexible spaces, including meeting rooms, event areas, a professional podcast studio, and a wellness studio. Whether hosting a corporate board meeting, a creative workshop, or an intimate seminar, Patch caters to a wide array of needs with facilities available to book by the hour.
