Kiwi are back onsite for our new 1st floor tenant

Following our most recent update, the announcement of Patch as our new tenant for the 1st floor, we are excited to share that our friends at Kiwi Design are back to do the job. 

Patch, who currently have spaces in Twickenham, High Wycombe and Chelmsford, are a neighbourhood workspace with core values of community, localism and social impact. A perfect fit for a project like ours as they also allign with our ethos of restoring the building by wanting to keep as many of the original features as they can in their final fit out. 

Speaking of fit out, Kiwi are back and have gotten straight to work with the strip out, which will be followed by new M&E
